These terms govern access to and use of the Kuasar SEO panel (hereinafter, the Platform), which offers audits, analytics and web positioning services. Registration implies acceptance of these terms.
Sign-up entitles you to a free pre-audit of the domain provided. Its results are indicative and based on public data and on the sources the user connects. They do not constitute a guarantee of ranking results.
The data provided at registration (name, contact, address) is processed to provide the service and, if the user authorizes it, for commercial communications. The user may withdraw consent at any time. The credentials of connected accounts are used solely to operate the contracted service.
The Platform uses artificial intelligence models to generate interpretations and content. The associated usage may be measured and, on paid plans, passed on as agreed.
Paid plans are billed according to the agreed fee, plus applicable taxes. Invoices are issued and sent electronically.
The Platform is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Kuasar is not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of the data shown.
